Mittineague Park Disc Golf
Ever wonder what the baskets in Mittineague Park are for? They're a part of our Disc Golf Course!
Disc Golf is a sport in which a player throws a flying disc at a target (or in this case, baskets). It is played with rules similar to golf, and can be played with 9 or 18 holes.
Mittineague Park is lucky to now be home to a full 18 hole Disc Golf course, and a full map labelling all 18 holes can be found here(PDF, 3MB). If you want to try it out, borrow disc golf equipment from the Park & Recreation office, and take a look at https://www.pdga.com/rules for more info on how to play!
