Co-ed T-Ball

Get ready for the 2025 Coed T-Ball Season!

In order to participate, your child must be 4 or 5 years old by September 1, 2025. To avoid being placed on a waitlist, registrations must be received by March 28, 2025. Proof of age & residency is required for new participants.

If you are interested in sponsoring a Baseball, Softball, or T-Ball team, click here(PDF, 898KB)  for our Sponsorship Application. When completed, email it back to parkandrec@tows.org along with an image of your company/organization logo.

*Coed T-Ball Need-to-Know Information*

T-Ball: (information is subject to change)

  • Play at Old Tatham Field
  • Games and practices will take place together on Sundays
  • Times will either be 12:00PM-1:00PM or 1:30PM-2:30PM
    • Whatever time you get will remain the same during the season
  • Season begins end of April and goes until late June (season will be done before school gets out)
  • No playoffs
  • Bats, balls, and helmets are provided for teams to use
  • Child will receive team shirt
  • Parents are to provide glove, water bottle with child’s name on it, sneakers/cleats, and any bottoms (shorts or sweats)
  • Details are subject to change based on the number of teams created and weather conditions

 

WAYS TO REGISTER:

ONLINE:

Online: 

Online registration is the fastest way to register. Register by March 28th to ensure a spot on a team!

  • Click here to reach our Online Registration Site
  • Log in with your credentials. Contact the Park & Recreation Office (parkandrec@tows.org) in order to verify your username and password or to get help setting up an account.
  • Choose "Baseball/Softball Leagues", pick the activity you are interested in, add to cart, and check out. 
  • Continue to the payment screen. This will allow you to use a credit/debit card to pay for your programs. 
  • Check your email! Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, your child's coach will contact you via phone with detailed information.

 

IN-PERSON:

In-Person: 

Another option for registration is bringing your paperwork and payment (cash/check ONLY) into the Town Hall. Visit the Park & Recreation Office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00AM - 4:30PM. A staff member will assist you. Register by March 28th to ensure a spot on a team!

  • Complete a 2025 Baseball, Softball & T-Ball Registration Form(PDF, 462KB)

  • Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield" or pay in cash. (CASH/CHECK ONLY!)

  • Check your email! The Park & Recreation Office will email you your registration confirmation. Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program,  your child's coach will contact you via phone with detailed information.

 

DROP BOX:

Drop Box: 

Using the White Drop Box located on the median outside of the Municipal Office Building is another option for Registration. Register by March 28th to ensure a spot on a team!

  • Complete a 2025 Baseball, Softball & T-Ball Registration Form(PDF, 462KB)
  • Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield"
  • Write "Park and Recreation Department" on the front of a blank envelope
  • Place in the White Drop Box located outside of the Municipal Office Building at 26 Central St. 
  • Check your email! The Park & Recreation Office will email you your registration confirmation. Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program,  your child's coach will contact you via phone with detailed information.
