What do residents need to know about our new service?

  • USA Waste and Recycling is the Town of West Springfield's new trash and recycling hauler as of July 1st
  • The day of your Trash and Recycling will NOT CHANGE
  • Your existing carts will NOT CHANGE
  • Trash carts must be out by 6am on your respective trash and recycling day
  • Trash and Recycling may be picked up at a different time of day. To ensure your barrels get picked up on time, please make sure they are placed out by 6am
