Flash Vote

FlashVote is a community engagement platform that allows residents of West Springfield (and other participating municipalities) to provide quick feedback on local government decisions, policies, and services. Residents sign up to receive short, one-minute surveys via email, text, or phone, and the results are quickly compiled and shared with both the public and local officials. This helps the town gather real-time input from a broad range of residents, improving decision-making and responsiveness to community needs.
