West Springfield, MA – The West Springfield Cultural Council is proud to present a diverse lineup of arts and cultural events throughout April, offering residents opportunities to engage in music, dance, laughter, crafting, and community celebrations. These events are designed to bring people together, encourage creative expression, and promote cultural enrichment in West Springfield. April 2025 Event Lineup: April 4, 21 & 28 – Laugh for the Health of It with Trevor Smith @ Hawthorn Elder Services – A lively and engaging session on the power of laughter in creating a healthier lifestyle. April 8 & May 6 – Beginner Dance Series: Waltz, Rumba, Swing @ West Springfield Public Library – Learn classic dance styles in a fun, welcoming environment. April 11 – Crafting with Kristen @ West Springfield Senior Center – A creative crafting session perfect for art enthusiasts of all skill levels. April 15 & May 14 – Community Engagement: Art Exhibition & Culture Festival @ West Springfield Boys & Girls Club – A vibrant celebration of local artists, cultural traditions, and community connections. April 19 – Alice in Wonderland: Teapot Collage Workshop @ West Springfield Public Library – A whimsical and imaginative collage-making workshop inspired by the classic story. April 29 – Mary Witt: Music for Community @ West Springfield Public Library – A special musical performance bringing joy and connection through song. “We are excited to bring a variety of engaging cultural programs to the community this April,” said the members of the Cultural Council. “Whether you love music, dance, crafting, or laughter, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
