West Springfield, MA:  Mayor William Reichelt is pleased to share the results of a recent community survey conducted through FlashVote, which highlights the strengths and priorities valued by West Springfield residents. With an impressive participation of 278 respondents, the survey reflects the community’s deep engagement in shaping the Town’s future.

Key findings from the survey reveal that residents highly appreciate the Town’s access to recreation and parks (66%), fire and ambulance services (66%), and library materials and programs (58%). Parks, green spaces, and trails also received strong support (54%), underscoring the Town’s commitment to maintaining and improving these beloved community assets.
